Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. • Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
