Occupational Therapist / OTTraveler positionSkilled Nursing but might be asked to flor to Inpatient- swing bed, and outpatient. Prefer someone with LTC/Skilled Nursing experience. Prefer someone with experience doing long-term recovery therapy. (Ex: May see patients immediately post op to 1-2 months post op)Will spend the majority of their time in LTC/Skilled Nursing; typically spend less than 10% of their time in Outpatient setting.Types of patients: Any post surgicals, orthopedics (total joints- knees & hips, ORIF, and more),neurologic (post stroke, parkinsons, MS, and more), sport medicine, and any complex medical.Shifts & Scheduling: DOR and Office Assistant make out schedule; no self-scheduling. 5- 8 hr shifts. Flexible start times between 0.- Weekend Requirements: Occasionally (rare) Floating: May be asked to float between hospital and 2 Nursing homes.
